Question on 14 I found the "egg" and...

Am I on the right or wrong track when I think the answer has something to do with the very small blue dots I've found in five places... Do I need photoshop or a comparable program?

ok ok everyone i'm back on track, thanks to myself who put me back on the right track after i was given inaccurate information by one site whilst on course, then strayed again when it didn't work. 15 was a cool level, a lot easier. on to 16

akirator well i have found the egg and since im apparently real close i must be missing something obvious. i cant find anything about the numbers in the title using that exact order, but i cant think of what to do with them.

Clearly this riddle has officially fried my brain! Level 17 is driving me nuts. For a level that is supposed to be easy, it sure is short on clues. I have tried every trick I can think of and still no dice. Is there anything that anyone can tell me other than "look at the clues" that may at least point me somewhere near the right direction?
