Vote on the book title We have a couple choices put forth for the title of the book. What do you guys want?
Note: The Tales from the Third Planet would also have three linked rings ala the 3P symbol.
I'll add more option as needed.
Edit: Damn, it won't let me add or alter the poll choices.

Won't a book having the 3P symbol on it make the perplexians suspicious of us??

Not really, it will look suspicious to 3P members as it will look very similar to their own symbol, but will have 3 interlinked rings instead.
Or we could have the stargate symbol for earth...

I would guess that most Perplexians wouldn't recognise the reference to the Third Power symbol, as the organisation was thought to have disbanded long before the present date; Pietro's reaction to K's claim of affiliation with them stands in evidence of this.

Do we have a plan behind the 3P baiting tactic? I think it's a bad idea to provoke them without a good idea of how we are going to follow up on this. If they get wind of our plan to use the Seaside Press to get access to the mysterious book, they might try to block our efforts.
Unless we have a plan to use the book in this respect, we should stick with the general Tales From Earth ide, sans embellishments.
Methinks

if we are having a theme of 'games' for the book, could we not have something to do with that included in the title? Possibly more interesting than the three we have at the moment, which to be fair, sound a bit bland.

I actually kind of like the 3P baiting. Maybe it's just because they "tricked" us once before and I'd like to see them shake a bit. Maybe we could hint that they have a leak somewhere? Hehe. I'm just in the mood to mess with their master plan.

But I wouldn't say anything about a leak, because we could still need to utilize him/her; what we should hint is that we know who V is; that's how we shake them up!
I feel that's most analogous to our little Clapham Incident, no?

But we DON't have a mole in the Third Power, do we? I'm afraid I don't understand your objection to Mokey Fraggle's idea.

I like this bit-of-agent-baiting idea. And I think Games From the Third Planet is a good title. Olly - would you be prepared to become a mole? Put an coded message in your submission that says 'I think I'm playing for the wrong side - recruit me' and an email address?
Skulduggery. I love it.
Looking at the titles on the Seaside Press site, they are, well, a bit windy.

My vote goes on 'Tales from the Third Planet'. Sounds great to me! And the three circle symbol is also spot on.

Ah, but we may have a friend somewhere in the production of the Viard album, and we may very well end up stopping someone from coming forward if the Third Power starts making check-ups and prepping for an intelligence leak. So, we want to do something guaranteed to freak them out, but not close off any possible options for future infiltration.
But, for the title, I have to go Tales from the Third Planet (and Tales from Earth is my own submission).
And the idea of our own mole?
Brilliant; somebody get on it, now.

I propose myself as the mole. Frankly, some people on the current side have voiced disapproval about me [cough]juxta[/cough], so I have a reason to switch sides. My "taking of the cards and beating up of the children" makes me look like I could be on their side (i.e. evil). And, hey, it could be fun.

I'm with Olly. He's a plausible mole (I mean that in the politest way) and it could yield very interesting results... Also I like the idea we're getting them back - they infiltrated us, after all... Still gutted I missed the helicopter scene
