Well, Here's a submission fFor some sort of art. I dunno if it's cover material, but i like it. it should at least be good fFor some sort of illustration submission.

I made a much larger version which i'm thinking might make a nice poster of some sort

Well here's a quick and dirty example of a text-image - it's just really condensed text (I used the names of some random players, but it could be the names of people who contributed, or the first chapter of the story, or whatever) overlaid with the Earth. Shiny!

lol, I was using the same image of earth for my piece, which is going good btw

I do need some more pictures though, so if anyone wants to send or link me to their pictures it would be good. I was hoping to put some peoples avatars on my piece too so if you would like me to put your avatar on PM me and i'll include it... Also send your player pics

I like Guy's idea, it would acknowledge everyone involved and then we could include a more general by-line of "by the Citizens of Earth" or something. Obviously it would need a lot more variety of names, and stick the three-ringed logo in the middle of it if we decide to use that title/idea.

Speaking of which, here's a bigger version of the logo with alpha channel in case anyone wants to use it in their designs and can't be bothered recreating it. If you need any bigger let me know, though if they want it under 100K I can't see how you'd need much bigger than this.

Cassandra suggested the title "Terra Incognita," which I love. Anyway, it made me think of old maps on parchment, and "Here there be DRAGONS" and stuff, and I had to get that out (not entirely successfully, but this was quick). Yes, there's no 3P baiting. Here you go anyway.

I really like the 'olde worlde' design!!!
I think we can probably use both a front image and then the three rings logo on the title page this would allow us to have something colourful on the front and yet use the three rings (Which I think works best when it in plain bold black and white) within the book to bait the 3P.)


(I guess there's nothing stopping us including the rings somewhere subtle on the front as well?)

That's a great cover but I think you should make Britain look bigger. Currently it's only the size of Spain and should be at least the size of Australia.

European Chris: Uh, sorry, I took a world map with a polar tilt and Photoshopped it to death. I take no responsibility for the fact that Britain is too small. (But at least it's close to the center, right?)

number9dream: Heh. I was hoping to wrap that thing up in a deceptively pretty paper. The Perplexians won't know what hit 'em.

I have a (much bigger) .psd with all the layers, so it'd be no problem to incorporate the three-ringed 3P bait around the earth, if y'all would like. I'll add it in after work today.
