I don't have any cards to swap, money to buy, or time to spare at the moment, but we'll see nearer the time...

Aye, it was great to meet up with folk and get swept along in the fun. Thanks to everyone who graciously donated their spare Reds-to-Greens... Now we just have to get round to scoring some of them!
I took a few blurry phonecam shots of the proceedings, which I'll gladly slap onto the web somewhere once I've finished 'toothing them over.

Tonight I joined in the "Info Swap Meet" at Fan Boy Three.
On arrival I found some very keen Perplex City Gamers. Some appeared to be very experienced ARG gamers but were new to PXC, while others had more complete collections of the cards available.
The people I chatted with were most keen to solve the puzzles themselves, although they also wanted to see themselves climb the leader board. Every credit!
There was a lot of card swapping going on which FB3 encouraged. I personally managed to get some good swaps in. Cheers!
FB3 had plenty of booster packs on sale (both wave 1 & 2) to satisfy the cravings. They also generously provided nibbles of all kinds to fuel the swapping and power the brain. Many Thanks!
As if there's not already enough puzzles to shake a stick at, those nice people at Mind Candy also sent "volume zero" of "The Magazine of Perplex City" with enough puzzles to feed the cravings through the coming festivities!!
FB3 looks like a very cool place for ARG gamers to hang out. As one of the guys there put it "We don't sell thing, we provide a place for your gaming activities stocked with things you don't own yet". There was two other different gaming meets that night and they normally go on till 11pm.
FB3 are hosting more of these events in the new year. Register with them to keep informed!
HeathenStorm, Kksweety, Smudgeboy, Horrorshow, Mikeyj, Sentinel, Malteser, Andrewsi were some of the guys/girls there on the night. I appologise to those I've missed. Happy puzzling.
Thanks to all for making it an enjoyable evening.
Grizy
P.S. Id like to see some of those piccys.

I was just so shocked that people were drinking 'orange juice'. It doesn't strike me as the sort of drink which should be drunk at these events-unless there's a bottle of vodka lurking out of shot.
