It's pretty nice - the screen is very clear, but it's true what they say - it's a bit small - it takes some getting used to, especially if you want to play any games with text in them... But that's the price you pay for portability. Also, god help me if there's a game that requires the use of the shoulder button - it's not comfortable if you have big hands to leave it resting on the shoulder buttons constantly.

One more thing - I haven't found a cable yet that will link a micro <-> SP, so I can't play linked GBA games...

Regardless, I wouldn't trade the micro for anything - it's a keeper in my ever-growing collection of "things I have to take with me whereever I go."

I'm sorry, but a smaller screen is NOT what I'm looking for in a handheld.

The fact that it's compact compared to the behemoth that is the DS is sexy though.

I'm getting one soon too, the green one, also if you look online you can find loads of micro wireless adaptors, link cables and faceplates, only problem is the lack of good gba games, the only ones I play now are pokemon and advance wars.

I just want it for the novelty of playing a console single-handedly, also I need the newest thing!

It's certainly tiny as hell, but my beef with it is that it doesn't play Game Boy and Game Boy Color games-only GBA. Certainly there's plenty of good GBA games, but if I wanted a system that couldn't play those older ones, I'd just get a DS.

If they make that screen any brighter, my eyes won't make it to next year, but that's what I like about nintendo, blindingly bright and made for fun!!!
