UPDATE - Coyote Dispatch - Starkey Arrested (Oct 10, 2003)

New breaking news article at Coyote Dispatch http://www.coyotedispatch.com/breaking.html

No real new information though...

Quote:
Jacob Starkey Arrested

In the midst of last night's Coyote Dispatch sponsored press conference, returned NRU student, Jacob Starkey, was led from the conference in the custody of Federal Marshalls. The warrant relating to Starkey's arrest has not been released to the press and the those closely involved with the case are making no comment regarding the arrest. The Coyote Dispatch was not able to gain any statements from the wife of Mr. Starkey, nor his employer, Dr. Kristoff Zeladnzy. An undisclosed source told the Coyote Dispatch that the arrest involved intellectual property stolen from the New River University campus. It is also claimed that the warrant was issued upon notice of Starkey's return to Catalina.

Jacob Starkey will be arraigned this morning in a closed session at Pinal County Federal Court. Starkey's lawyer has thus far gone unreached for comment.
