The Academy Pipeworks

The plumber who was hired to redesign part of the plumbing system for the
Perplex City Academy disappeared without completing the job. Fortunately he
left his plans behind.
Can you figure out how the pipes should connect to each other?

It must be possible to get from any join to any other by following the pipes.
The number on each join is the number of pipe sections the plumber had planned to connect to each one.
Pipes may not branch, curve, or intersect, except at one of the numbered joins.
There may be only one section of pipe between any given pair of joins.
