[META/SPEC] Viard album - track 5 - Culture Shock

Was the album actually made in Perplexcity though? I know the Earth based OOG interviews with the guy from Mind Candy who is also a DJ doing a project called Viard for Hesh Records are exactly that, out of game, but the guy mentioning Hesh Records so blatently seems to me that they are blurring the lines slightly, taking the 'it is not a game' mentality into places where it doesnt even need to go.
Added to the fact that every Sentinel article to do with Viard has mentioned how they couldnt get hold of him for a comment, I don't reckon anyone is even pretending Viard is from PerplexCity, or that the album was made there. Music can be transferred from here to there digitially easy enough, they only had to press the records there if they were to sell it to the Perplexians, or press it here for our benefit. The technology involved with all the mood effects, maybe its not so much actual tech thats needed, more a certain manipulation of musical notes that could technically be realised through traditional Earth instruments, or synths?

Still, that leaves us with the matter of whether it was Viard/Hesh or Viard/MC/Academy that released the intial video, OR if Viard just got hold of it and sampled it? Or as you say, both of them may have been sampled from something already existing in PerplexCity media.

i'm a little bit deaf i guess but what is said right at the end of the last track -- when we were young -- a few minutes after the main track is (seemingly) finished?
right at the very end of the album
