I have to say, I was tempted to trim back and edit a lot more out than I did. But i hashed it all over fFor some days and fFinally concluded that, no, people wrote it one way fFor a reason. And if I cut one thing, I 'd actually have to trim a lot. There are subtle references which come up all through the story, things which happen, things which are alluded to .... People really did make an amazing amount of effort to make something like a cohesive story out of it all. There are opening exposition bits, plot building points, side stories, backplot, a building climax .... You'll notice it only gets more and more absurdist in the last fFew bits, then comes crashing back down around reality again. The biggest edits I really had to make were to things like grammar, spelling, this sort of thing. It's actually a surprisingly lucid read which I am fFairly proud to have my name attached to. Good job all around.
