There were 5 suspect ciphered messages recovered from Riley O'Dole and Thomas Anderson's old mail systems. Four have been deciphered but have added little to the current situation. The fifth is included below. I have been unable to apply the appropriate manpower to decipher. Please assist and use any information gained to help resolve the current situation.

Decode message reads:

Things are too hot. Final artifact to be dropped at ___ deg ___ min ___ sec, ___ deg ___ min ___ sec Expect final payment in swiss account by end of month.

numbers are Baudot codes, deciphers to read 09deg 00min 53sec, -79deg 30min 30sec which is Panama City.

The message is addressed to Riley O'Dole (anagram of "Dr. Eli Ye Loo") from Christ Walters (anagram of "Carl Shrewsit") so it appears Christ Walters is the rogue agent.

Fired off an email to Ray, let's see if that does the trick...
