The paragraphs beginning with hyphens are quotes from my last email to Stevie.

I'm worried about my daddy, and mommy and Seth, and Davina, and Dr. Martha and the other parents of the kids here. Davina said Jack should be her pen pal from now on. That way I don't get scared when he forgets that I'm not Raidar.

- It must be no fun to get that tired from Earth's gravity. It must be a lot easier to just be at Wasilei all the time. But you know, sometimes what's easiest is not always what's best.

That's exactly what my mommy said. But even with wearing the weights on my ankles and wrists, it is not really much like being on earth. My muscles get tired in a different way I think. The weights pull my arms and legs down, but being on earth pulls my head down too. I can't run around as much on the ground as I can here. Swimming is hard too, but at least it doesn't make me as tired as walking around does.

- I've never heard of Islandia; I'll have to look for it at the library or bookstore.

Mommy said the first time she saw it was at the library, and the book was very old and worn out. She said she looked for it in bookstores then, but I guess they didn't make any new ones then. Mommy saw it on Amazon, I think that is why Uncle Seth knew where to get it.

We made Taffy in the cafeteria yesterday, and got to have some as dessert for lunch. They rest we have to save for the holiday party on Friday.

Well, I have to go work on my spelling and definitions now.
