How could so many health providers, from the Doctors, to the nurses to the Nursing Assistants leave a woman in such a state? The people of India have no recourse but to rely on State controlled medical facilities.

This is a shameless act that needs to be thoroughly investigated and rectified.

Doesnt seem to add anything to the plot, much less the puzzle... its just a bit of flava.

That is, unless Cassandra and theinept are goign to have agreater role in all this as time progresses.

 		i dont know, i got a random email from raidar once that had "have you heard the news" in it, part of chapter 21 judgemen, there is probably a hint since we arent gettin it

It was probably just a hint at the first paragraph, since that line was part of it.

Crouch, we're all pretty sure that that refered to the Anemone Puzzle. It doesn't seem to having anything to do with theinept especially.

I will say though, I keep wondering if CARTS, PBTE, and theinep still ahve a part to play in all this yet. They are like the elephant in the corner, lumbering, huge.. but not doing anything and no one talks about them. Seth's mentioning them, almost off-handedly, as suspects is the first time with heard about them from anyone at Wasilei in months.

Ants ate her eye?!? No, I don't think so. My suspicion is that the medical facility was using/testing Dr. Bronco's nano-bots to do the surgery and something went wrong. How the heck would ants eat a woman's eye? And why eat her eye, on which she just happened to be having surgery?

I don't think we can count the anti-Orbicon groups out just yet. A couple possibilities come to mind:

A) Steven is working directly with them to bring down Bronco (could explain disappearance).
B) Steven is anonymously sending them information.
C) Steven was kidnapped by them (unlikely since that would require on of them going to Wasilei).
D) We'll eventually need to turn over Steven's evidence against Bronco to them.

 		I Googled Gourirani Chakraborty and came up with the story on more than one news site - so aparently ants did eat this woman's eye
