Can anyone make out what the voice is saying in that movie? Is it (something) 'intelligence'?

It's the third component of the compostion. I hear it from the left speaker, just as the second yellow window appears on the left side of the screen and "Dreamed of leaving Earth behind them" fades in. It's muffled and seems repeated throughout the piece.

Please, assure me that I haven't gone completely bonkers from lack of sleep. Shocked

There is not voice that I hear.

I know what you are hearing but I just think it is a part of the music not an actual voice saying something

I hear a sound that reminds me of a voice talking during one of the space missions - like a mission control background voice. I have no idea what he is saying though.
