grumpy reminded me in chat that we have seen this brochure and binary (not Morse) message months ago here.

So the brochure is old, the message is old, but the email linking to it is new so I only PARTIALLY trout myself.

I just decoded enough of the message to make sure the binary was the same again and it is.

This must just be the first full public release of the brochure and thats why we're getting it again. If you remember from Davina's emails, Dr. Bronco keep wantign to move to the 'next phase'... I'm guessing this is part of it. Phase II must be actual tourism.

They know we found the message months ago, so they're just being nice and giving us all a copy in electronic form (It was originally only available in paper form to a few "playas").

Or is there a kloo in it we missed on the first go-round?

The only thing I see that even might be worth mentioning is the 2 for 1 coupon where "Orbicon Corporation" is printed twice.
The first occurrence used to say "Dessert Included!"

I suppose there could be a kloo or two hidden somewherez on the pamphlet. There was in the newsletter and that was pregame as well.
