[UPDATE] 12/29 Seth's Journal

Trout me if this is posted elsewhere but we have TWO posts that the latest "Seth's Journal" thread don't cover. So from Seth's Journal:

Seth wrote:
Night Sky Puzzle Solved!
Due to all that has been happening here on the station with Rasmussen and the holidays I haven't had much time to devote to this puzzle. Luckily, my earth investigators picked up my slack. I only hope that each and every one of you took time away from your work to celebrate the holidays.

Andrew emailed me the night sky picture with all of the moons labelled...

SOLUTION:

and later grumpyboy emailed me the full solution...

The images represent moons from Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
Jupiter: Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto (red in the attached picture)
Saturn: Pan, Atlas, Prometheus, Pandora, Titan, Phoebe (yellow)
Uranus: Cordelia, Desdemona, Juliet, Portia, Rosalind, Belinda, Puck, Ariel (pink)
Neptune: Despina, Galatea, Proteus (lime green)

Grouping them by planet and connecting the dots gives: L, A, E, V. Anagramming the letters gives VELA, a constellation representing the sails of the Argo Navis, the ship of Jason and the Argonauts.

When I emailed velaSPLATmaefamily.info, I received...

Soon after I announced to the NASA heads that I had discovered what had truly happened to the asteroid and that within days it would enter the earth's orbit. I polished Bronco's plans until they gleamed so brightly hardly anyone could object. I countered any misgivings with benefits and wonderous talk of the future. I unveiled the plans for the now already partially constructed space elevator and space station. I boasted about the giant solar panels that would be built in the future and how they would give affordable power to all of the earth and avoid the oil shortage crisis.

Thanks,

Steven

Stevie's Quiz Puzzle

The next puzzle shows a chalk board with the alphabet and numbers on it. Clicking on the chalkboard sends you to a quiz titled, "Stevie Mae's Station Science Quiz!!". Because of the title I'm hoping Stevie will know the answers to the questions that I don't know myself. If she doesn't, I will discretely research some of the answers in the morning. I know I should be able to get most of the answers from Martha. She loves to talk about the station and shouldn't be too suspicious as to my reasons.

Quick question, when it says 2:29 am does it mean 2:29 am there or 2:29 am where you live?

The time tag on the journal entries seems to refer to EST.
