[SPEC] is this the end for QU13E?

I got a kickback of sorts today for some e-mails to the qu13e.com domain that I know should have been valid. It wasnt a kickback of "not a valid user", but it was a message of undeliverability to the entire domain. It takes 2 days to recieve one, so others that havent waited the 2 days might not have recieved them yet. Any domain outside of the qu13e could be valid or not, hard to know.

If a PM sees this, please inform us one way or the other about the project. If you wish not to post publicly, please PM one of the Moderators of the section so that we can give the players a definitive answer as to whether or not we need to continue working on the current puzzle and search for the answer or if the project has ended. Any information you can supply will be greatly appreciated.
