Some sad news
Category: me
Time: 03:48 PM

I... well, I don't know what to say. Had some very sad news over the weekend about Cymbalisty, which means that we won't be getting to look at the last page of Granier's diary for a little while. It's all just... look, I guess you'll hear about it from the Sentinel anyway. I'll write more tomorrow.

How come whenever we get a lead they are "disposed of". Must get last page!

Of course. 3P has blog access!!!!!!!!

If he is not dead, perhaps we can get an eyewitness account of who V is.

He's probably dead, most likely killed-they all are.

TBCH I saw this coming. They wouldn't give us the last page without making us wait and agonise over it for a while Razz

Calm down, let's not jump to conclusions. Perhaps he OD'ed on Ceretin in a vain attempt to impress Miranda.

Hmm, "had some very sad news about" means he's dead then, and seemingly of natural causes. You don't refer to a violent death as very sad, you say shocking or terrible. I would also guess at it being Ceretin induced. Especially since The Sentinel only just had an interview bringing the company back into the spotlight...

I guess this is what she's referring to :

Quote:
Librarian Found Dead

Academy Head Librarian Isaac Cymbalisty was found dead in his home midday on Saturday in what appears to be a case of suicide. Sources familiar with the man described him as "isolated," and "a bit of a loner." He does not leave behind any immediate family. Cymbalisty was 52 years of age. (Full text)

Why would this change her ability to view the diary? Surely it's a large enough institution to cope with a death.

She needed him to be with her didn't she? Which was why she hoped one of the two new people would be qualified to be with her so that Cymbalisty didn't have to be spending time with her.
