 		The shorted message terminalskeptik got also translates to gibberish. I think it may be a barcode.

 		The long binary message isn't in a barcode format, but there was something wrong with the first character. Edit: The first part of the message is in the short binary string.

the only information i can get out is coded. any real words get deleted straight away but i out smarted them last time. these codes take a lot out of me. you people are the only ones to treat me seriously. a bunch of decoders from a puzzle site. fitting. but beggars cant be choosers. i cannot tell you where the information is found just look at what you have and where it may possibly be. its too dangerous to communicate now. find the others.

 		Alright.. I'm confused as to how you found the key to that vignere. I type in eye and it looks like it translates a lot of the letters but not all. I can't seem to find the right key. :\

Sorry about that. I should have explained my method. There is no vigenere key to find. Embarassed I just put the text into the unfiction ROT-it tool.

 		Funnily enough this looks like it could be Vigniere, due to the repeated CE. If it is the keyword is 4 letters long. It's not Caesar anyway, unless PACFACIA is a word?
