I always enjoy a good puzzle and good murder mysteries. Plus the level of production that has gone into this game is amazing.

PS: I only know of three other people in Northern Ireland (within easy traveling distance of Belfast) who play Perplex City and I've only met one of them.

It's just absurdly difficult to read what you're writing.

Hi all (puts on moderator hat)

As much as the acerbic humour may amuse, can we be gentle to the newcomers? Or at least politely raise whatever issues might be causing problems before the stinging barbs are unleashed? I wouldn't really like to see people bullied off the forums.

On which note, groovygirl, if you could rock a little more grammar, that would help those of us not quite so down with the new-fangled web speak. In the wise words of a competely unrelated website:

Quote:
The sad truth is that other posters might skip over your posts if they're too hard to read. Things like proper spacing, capitalization, and punctuation make your posts much easier on the eye, and they make you look like quite the Captain Smartypants, too.

Look, we're not grading you. You won't get banned for misspelling "definitely" or anything. Just try your best to write neat, coherent posts. Don't type "2" for "to," or "U" for "you," or "l8r" or "LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!" or any of that nonsense. Throw in a carriage return now and then to break up the text, and please use proper capitalization. Your computer comes with two shift keys. Use 'em.

And now, rainbows and kittens!

(removes moderator hat, tentatively unlocks thread)

I'm not at all sure what Oliver said that upset you so much, but I wouldn't have thought it was any reason to leave. Can we not all just play nicely, like sensible human beings?

Might be too much to hope for, but dammit, it's got to to be worth a try!

And before anyone gets in a flap at me, I am not intentionally having a go at anyone.
