 		The Courier
I was watching CSI, and I saw a commercial for their new show called The Courier. It says something about uncovering clues and winning something. They gave a website the-courier.com which directs you to http://www.cbs.com/primetime/courier/ . I scanned the website, but I am watching CSI. I just thought I would post it. It could be something big.

 		According to the site, the first clue to find the 'Pontiac Torrent' will be in 5 days.

So until then, we play the waiting game.

EDIT: Looks like this "series" will be taking place over a weeks time, and if you miss a segment, it will become available online. For now, 7 Surveillance bits are available on the site.

I just watched the first episode.

It kicks ass!!! Shocked

This guy "iiro" base-jumped from a moutain and these tattooed agents were chasing him with a chopper. Whhoooaaa!

I was able to log on their site and i also got the first clue. It is a piece of a playing card and it was really easy to find.

I can't wait for the next "episode"!

I was NOT able to "log on their site" because CBS suddenly says that my browsers do not have the latest Flash plugin. Geeze. The technology was fine enough for their pre-game site, but now they upgrade?? I can't even read any publicity about the show anymore. Was this supposed to run for seven weeks or seven nights? Doesn't anybody use HTML anymore?

(does Sam3's timestamp match the aired time for someone who *just* watched the micro-episode?)

 		Seven nights spread out over a couple weeks, I believe. And I didn't have any trouble with Flash upgrading... although frankly as far as "games" go, this is way more on the Blatant Promotion side of the spectrum than Actual Playability.

 		Actually, the clips are being shown one each night for a little over a week (they are skipping Sat the 28th and Tues the 31st).

 		Thought I'd let everyone know this is done.

The video is good, but it leaves alot to be desired. The story is very broken, but what can you really expect from a lower budget, 3hree minute video.

And for those who have been following it, checking daily for clues, that was all for naught anyways. You can choose to either do it the long way (collecting the "clues---which are "hidden" in a scene"), or just enter it without doing nothin'.

But worst yet is that its just a sweepstakes. No real skill or prowess involved in this at all.

Case closed.
