 		[NEW] Metacortechs News page update
On the News page at the Metacortechs site, they have an update describing Steven Walsh's meet and greet with Metacortechs employees. Back in a moment after I transcribe it, just wanted to give you a heads up.

Many MetaCortechs employees got a chance to meet their new Chief Executive Officer, Steven Walsh, at a gala event at the Intercontinental Hotel last night. Flanked by the MetaCortex Board of Directors, Mr. Walsh gave a rousing speech that was the highlight of the evening. In his speech, Walsh praised everyone for their current successful projects, and outlines exciting plans for the future.

"Metacortex stands at the threshold of a new era," Walsh told the crowd of about 2500. "Projects that we are only now developing, will, when complete, usher in an age unlike anything we could have imagined in our wildest hopes and dreams. The face of the world will be forever changed because of the work we are doing here together! I am so proud to have become a part of the amazing vision that is....MetaCortex!"


That's verbatim - two spellings of MetaCortex/chs. Interesting.... Also, note the 2500 - 5 times 500 (a number people keep seeing), or 50x50, if you will. A new era, indeed.

Not sure if this is a glitch or something, or maybe I have completely lost my mind, but the "meet and greet" was scheduled for Oct. 10, 8 pm, right? Then how can the news page from Oct. 10 read "last night", which would mean that the meet-and-greeet took place on the night of Oct. 9???
