You are entitled, you know I'l never trust you ever again, right? Ever? In any game we ever play together? Welcome to the dark side, buddy. Those of you on the good side, I'll email you any puzzles I solve or chats I have.. clearly I cant post them here as they will go to Alex. You should do the same.. we can't post here anymore cause Rusty will just pass along information to Alex.

I dont think so, actually. Like I said in my discussion post in META... this threatens our ability to post on UF in any game where sides can be chosen and Rusty plays in. Its not safe. We cant discuss puzzles, or post fiels sent to us, or links we find... its all compromised.

You can't compromise something that has been allowed to happen in the first place. It's like saying that the murderer in the play gets discovered because you yelled out their name during the performance. The play is going to continue on its own path no matter what you do. Likewise, this game is going to continue where it wants to go. It might take some slight detours, but you can never derail (explode maybe, but not derail). No one can stop you from going elsewhere to play, but don't start saying that this isn't a safe place to play and that we can't trust other players, because that just isn't true.

 		At the very least it breaks the fourth wall to say "Oh well, we don't care that we're being ratted out, it's just a game, the PM's will fix it". Personally, I think I'm gonna keep my info away from Rusty for IG reasons, since that's what I'd do if this were real.

The breakdown of the fourth wall, imho, will be if the PM team chooses to ignore this development. If they are prepared and creative, they should (again, imho) certainly use this in an in-game fashion, even if it only influences the storyline a tiny bit.

Folks, this decision by Rusty just made the game more real, not less real. Why you are painting him with the bad guy brush just doesn't make sense to me, right now.
