Mr. Kain has gone away to Korea to oversee some sort of trade. Don't know too much more then that.

I feel sort of alone without him here. Funny, huh?

I saw Sarah the other day, so she is still alive and well.

The company that Mr. Young works for got broken into. Our company is looking into it. I have heard that they think that it was an inside job. Someone got a hold of some sort of chemical. Not quite sure what the name of it is. But I am looking into it and should have it soon.

 		There seems to be alot going on right now with new games starting up. I wonder how many people need to pay attention to get this one in high gear. Did anyone make it to Chicago?

 		summation time
here's what I have so far:

Jack Trevor claims to be in love with Sarah Fisher
Jack claims to have knowledge of some kind indicating that There Is Something Amiss involving Sarah Fisher. To Whit:
-Jack was told to "file and forget" a spurious investigation as to the whereabouts and health of Sarah Fisher
-someone, presumably Sarah's boyfriend, has been putting out classified ads asking about her
-Victor Cassidy, a friend of Jack's, is dead because he asked about the classified ads concerning Sarah's whereabouts/health

Sarah Fisher lives with and is in love with Jason Young
Jason Young works for "a chemical company"
Kevin Kain is Jack's boss
Kain is displeased with Jack's inquiries into Sarah/Jason issue
Jason's company was broken into and some chemical was stolen
The "security" company both Jack and Kain work for are investigating the break-in and Jason
The "security" company sent someone named Aaron Fleming to meet with Jason to ask him about the break-in and the chemical
The chemical is somehow related to the Black Plague
The company Jason works for manufactures a "vaccine" for this chemical
Sarah Fisher claims to have no knowledge or memory of a "Jack Trevor" and further claims his story of being neighbors cannot be true due to the type of house she lived in
Jason had a box in his new house that was not to be touched, about 8"X8"X8" which emitted no odor
After some time, the box disappeared
Soon after moving in, Sarah received prying visitors whom she believed to be sent by Jason
Jack believes finding out the name of Jason's company is crucial to unravelling the mystery
All polled say the name is uncommon yet easy to forget
No one will give out the slightest hint as to what the name might be or anything else more specific about Jason's company

My thoughts:
In the beginning, Jack made much of his undying, enduring heart-wrenching love for Sarah. Yet Sarah not only doesn't know him or remember him, she claims it is highly unlikely they were next door neighbors and because he claims to remember hearing commotion coming from her house while in his own house, I find Sarah's claim to be more credible.
Sarah was living in Louisville until Jason asked her to move in with him back in Owensboro, where Jack lives now. Therefore, how likely is it that Jack would have seen Sarah before when Jason was taking out ads in the papers to find her? Of course, he would have seen her when she came to visit Jason but that's not what he said. He said it was easily known that she was alive and well and not far away.
If Jason's company name is so important, why can't anyone remember it? If the name truly was uncommon, then it'd be memorable.
The box that Sarah discovered: if Jason had it, then removed it out of the house, then most likely it was something he was smuggling. Either from his company without their knowledge or for his company at their request. Why keep it at home at all? Because if it's company-related, then anyone (outside of the company itself) looking for it would not begin with someone's private residence. If the company were looking for it, the first place they'd look would be in the private residence of someone related to the material. Thus either the box is most likely something the company knows about (Jason moved the box on his own and the visitors Sarah received were truly from Jason) or the company is looking for it (Jason moved the box before the company sent the visitors)

About the "flea" - Black Plague is a truly devastating disease but is it not viable on it's own. ALso, there is a vast difference between a Chemical and a Biological entity. We have to get straight which it is. There is no vaccine for damage inflicted by a chemical, there might be neutralizing material or suppressive chemical -like an antidote - but a vaccine is something different. Vaccines are for biological entities.
Not sure if it's a red herring or dead end or completely unrelated but I did find :

I'm having doubts as to Jack's premise. He claims repeatedly that when the contest ends there will mountains of information given out, yet he also claims that when the contest ends he will no longer be of any help or information. Jack also complains that no one is contacting him yet his few conversations of late have stressed that he has no more information to give out until after the contest. So exactly why are we supposed to be contacting Jack? Is he lonely?

I know I am new to all this and not a great investigator but some of the things Jack has claimed have been bothering me for a while. Both Kain and Jack have claimed to be the person we should be trusting most. Kain has been much less help than Jack but then Kain has more reason to keep quiet. Sarah seems to know nothing about any of this. It's Jason we need to find and it's Jason we can't find out anything about!

My head is spinning, is that normal?

 		edited it to reflect the issues surrounding the Chicago meeting.

One other thing that bothers me... Sarah's miscarriage.

Perhaps it's just bad PMing but that ole chestnut about a pregnant woman not carrying more than 5lbs is just BS and has been for decades now. No doctor would say such a thing. The Uterus is extremely tough and is held in place by ligaments that are not connected to the stomach, arm or shoulder muscles. Besides which, there isn't much you can do physically IRL that will harm a fetus under 8 weeks by normal activity. Ingesting something, catching an illness, trauma or accident, all these things can cause miscarriage but lifting something? No way. The only other non-invasive method of miscarraige would be if her blood type were Rh+ and the baby was Rh-.

 		I kinda think Sarahs brainwashed or something..perhaps she's not with the real Jason.

And I am also beginning to doubt Jack. Perhaps he somehow is concocting all this history story and such. And what exactly are his motives?
