Hello new work collegues. I've just started my interm here and loving every minute of it! I love pyramida so hopefully I will try and meet up with you on Mondays (right?) One of my other minterests is Earthology and am looking forward to reading that "earth book" thats being release by Seaside Press. If you see me make sure you say hi!
Hehe. Is this an employee, or one of us, plugging our book? If it's the latter, good thinking! Sell! Sell! Sell!
Cloud Merick at your serivce. Tried to play on the "cloudmaker" aspect without making it too obvious.
My plan is to blackmail them all with the infamous dijin worm (shuffled) into buying the book! (Okay mabie not but woo, theyve finally put one of my posts up)

Hate to say this.....
but has anyone considered the fact that posting on the internal message board is not working ?
and did we really think that Kevin Allbright was going to play along??
or are we assuming that if we carry on for long enough they will take pity on us and just give us the password?

I highly doubt that this is anything but if you right click on the password box for the File System and select "Play" it plays a neat little undefined animation.

huh? how do you do this - I don't get any "Play" option by clicking inside or outside the textbox for the password.
Probably something peculiar to your Flash viewer - I think Kurt has made it pretty clear that the message boards are the key to gaining entry.

For me when I right click on the flash object (the password box) I have options like Zoom In, Zoom Out, Quality, Play, Loop, Settings, etc. Play is just above loop.

Yeah, it probably is. All it does is a box appears that says "undefined" and then little gray rectangles fly around the flash object area. The only reason it stuck out for me is that its in the same color scheme as the rest of the page.
Like I said: I really dont think its anything, but thought I would share just in case.
EDIT: Looks like it could be something with firefox. It doesn't give me the options if I try it in IE.

I was just wondering - is the fact that we've been told the accounting system is currently down supposed to be a big clue to how we get the password?
Means precisely zip to me, but it seemed an odd thing for Kevin to post if it has no other meaning ...

Have tried a variety of accounting things with no degree of success - but then again Im not an accountant and only know how to use Sage - so any ideas would be most welcome.
The Animation I have a feeling may be to do with when we successfully login to the file system as the "undefined" will no doubt relate to the login we use so will be define maybe a welcome message. Obviously when we finally get in the animation may not happen and I will be shot down in flames. Interesting for a penguin.
I also still feel that Mr Allbright will never let us get a post on the board that compromises security, we really do need to be cunning. I loved the post about the minging cats.

Hi,
came in with the last draft of new starters (talent dept), got told about this board, me mam asked me if I could put some China Cats (Made by a sculpter called Minger) up for sale for her.
She has two, ones a persian blue with gold leaft motif and shiney white teeth, the others a tabby green with a stub and a sheen. Have no idea what that all means but me mam says a serious collecter would know. Anyhow let me know if your interested.
Can see the logic as one member of the staff rosta does like them.
Well Im off to work on Ciphers (though I feel sleep would be a better idea in all honesty!)

So as you know, I didn't get to sit with Martina yesterday. We had multiple critical systems failures and the whole Tech team has had to be pulled in to try to stomp out the many fires. We're working with multiple vendors to try to trace what's gone wrong, but in the meantime, we won't be able to get new accounts sorted out.
You can complain about how important your project is and how critical it is that you get access, but you should know one of the systems down is accounting.
You may not care if you get paid, but I bet some of your team-mates do.

Also (in Firefox) when you right-click, theres an option that says 'forward'. When you click forward the same animation happens, with an empty box in the middle, instead of having the word 'undefined' in it. Then if you hit forward again, 'undefined' appears

Can anyone else get us access until this is solved? Maybe we could temporarily use the filesystem of someone who has left? We'd just need the password.

Can't you hurry up? I can't get anything done until I can get into the filesystem. This is ridiculous!
It appears that coersion isn't working. Let's try aggression.
