look, i'm really stuck here... i got the kloo
if u take all the numbers in the pdf and convert them to letters via z=1, y=2 etc u get:
enter those who know what the builder called men under my star
this is what i meant by my earlier quote, i am presuming 'my star' mean a pentagram (Quinton=V, V=5) and so it could ehter refer to one or more of the following
Pythagoreans
Jews
King Solomon
Solomon's Seal
Knights Templar

presumablyrefers to the perntagram and pythagoreanism, i'll have it cracked in a jiff
How do you get pythagoras from that? I would assume he refers to something PPC/Cube related. The best I could come up with is from Violet's blog:
Violet's Blog: October 11, 2005 wrote:
"In her book Squaring the Cube, Adrienne Savillard scoffs at my contention that the Tarsian pentagram-symbolism constitutes an early form of Cube-worship, instead maintaining that it has links to the 'vegetation goddess' of her own irrationally-held theories regarding the ancient religions of the southlands; in this she simply panders to her own prejudices against the indisputable connection between all geometric-based cults."
Brotherhood of the Six website, quotes page wrote:
* '''For does not the Cube show us the way in building, and was not Gyvann himself a builder and shall we not then build? Let us, therefore, build. And they built a great fortress, yet by the power of the Cube it was toppled to the ground, and they built a mighty tower, yet by the power of the Cube it was utterly removed, thus they built a lowly shack and it was good.'''
Could Quintin be referring to Gyvan as 'the builder'?

Wasn't that quote also what we found on Ascendency point website and the 3P website after the live event?

I show up late, ONE DAY, and you all run the whole race without me!
For shame!
Alright, so we have a clue, and a private file stash of the man we know may very be responsible for the message which created the Subway Fiasco.
*cracks knuckles*
Let's work...
...
...except me.
Count me as on hiatus for a few days.
Onward, brave thinkers!

Maybe we should ask Sister Flynnt about Gyvann - specifically if he had special names for certain of his followers.
Good/terrible idea?

I wonder if there's something in that last diary entry that would be useful. Hm. Long shot, probably. Hopefully, since we aren't likely to see that thing for a while.

It seems probable:
* That the Holy Gyvann The Builder was the first to achieve one-ness. He shows us the way, he leads us to ascend the cube-shaped steps.

Maybe as the tarsians worshipped a pentagram we're looking for what Gyvann would have called the Tarsians?

Ok, I think it might be back to the futures again.
Men under my my star would I guess be the name of one of the signs in the horoscope...but not sure which one.
/edit following his potentially flawed logic, all I can come up with is that tarsus doesn't seem to be the name of a star (although it is a planet in star trek), but when pegasus was thrown into the sky to become the constellation one of its feathers fell at the city of tarsus. Could this indicate the month? Can't find when pegasus is in the sky.

just a thought having read up on the progress made.

is it the name taken from the futures? (which I have tried) or a star from the constellation to which the futures sign relate?
EDIT* eg http://starryskies.com/The_sky/constellations/draco.html
Still too fuzzy to really think though

bah, miss out on the fun of decoding the message
however, lookin at the clue, the idea I get is that we are looking for two things, a)the star sign of this cyrus person and b) the name that is given to this star sign by the builder.
I think that this is the case as otherwise the clue would be too easily brute forced. There are 12 star signs, hence if it was a star sign there would be only about 12 guesses and a couple of logical permutations of this. However, if its a religious persons own names for the signs then it becomes a puzzle to be worked out from clues and research on this guy rather than a brute force password attempt.
Edit:
Also just noticed that Georgina Wang might know something so it might be an idea to get in touch with her either through Email if we ever figure one out of through kurt/violet.
My reasoning here is that she a)shared an office with kurt for about a year and b)she is still at hesh and so might be able to give kurt access to cyrus' old office
Edit 2:
People are complaining about how badly the file system gui is. Have you stopped to consider what it would look like if it were, for example, a 3d holographic projection where you just need to touch the button in order to get the info and that the awfulness of it is because its been mapped down to 2d in the communication link? Just me considering things, remember this place is not meant to be designed for our world at all.

Is it just me who thinks Sister Flynnt might be able to help?
We could ask her if Gyvann had any special names for his followers, or her opinion on the futures.

Sister Flynnt seems like the most reasonable choice.
It seems like Cyrus's clue has some interesting implications. In the security industry, access is defined by what you have (a RSA token, a keycard), what you are (biometric), and what you know (a password).
By choosing a password that is likely known by everyone in the 3P (if that is who he works for) it becomes a 'what you are' access. It tells us that one of the things that define the organisation is their knowledge of the answer.
If Cyrus is a member of the 3P, and knowing what the builder calls his star sign helps define his organisation, then we have a hither-to unobserved religious association for the 3P. This might help us in the future if we observe builder related religious tendencies in other characters.

Am in whole agreement now I have cleared my head. I have emailed her asking about Gyvann and the Futures and possible alternate names under the guise of some research into relegion and astrology and the links and as an Earth person my interests in these similarities (thought as they had stated on the website that the interest taken by us was nice it would be a good start!)
So now to wait and see.
Am off to do stuff now
