Hi guys. Posted on a couple of other threads but thought I'd introduce myself "properly" here.

I'm Pete, aka Angry Jedi, ably assisted by the lovely Jane who is quite happy to romp through several packs of puzzlecards in a weekend. I came to Perplex City a couple of weeks ago via a recommendation from my brother, who lives in America. I'd heard of it ages ago but had forgotten all about it! I think I'm up to date on what's happening now though Smile

I live in Aldershot, UK (lovely... not) and currently work as a teacher. I'm planning on jacking that in next year, though - so many kids today are a total nightmare! (Apologies to any nice kids reading!)

Anyway, that's me. Hello! And now, goodbye.

Hi all,

I've been solving cards since Christmas, reading every website and forum post I can find since the start of the new year; now its getting near to Easter I thought I should start posting something...

I'm from Cumbria but studying complex fluids in Aberystwyth for a masters and didn't think I was ~~wasting~~ constructively using enough of my free time!

Hi all. Thought it was time I delurked - I've been waiting till I was caught up on Plot. I got my first set of cards at Christmas, and have been piecing things together over the last couple of weeks, but I think I'm up to speed now. This is my first ARG, but I've been puzzle solving since Masquerade and rping for over 20 years and I'm dead excited about the whole ARG thing.

Hm, 20 years, makes me sound really old. I'm 32. Oh, and I live in St Albans.

Thanks for the welcome, guys. This game's got a great sense of community and I'm happy to be part of it. Beats running away from leetspeakers in World of Warcraft anyway... plus it makes you go outside every so often to hunt down a "real world" clue Smile

dabbled a bit in TINP a while ago, so ended up lurking here quite a bit, but am now wonderfully immersed in Perplex City after reading about it on Boingboing and immediately ordering a dozen packs of cards. Still doing my utmost to catch up Confused

hey all, started perplex city at xmas, but just realised how deep it is! the message at the end of the CD in the starter pack freaked me right out, i was playing starcraft at the time and it lost me the game Confused

Hi,

I've been following Perplex city for a couple of months now and am fairly lost as regards what's going on in the game but the cards are good fun. I'm a mathematician/IT person and am ably assisted by my lovely girlfriend Fiona who's a lawyer and solves all the wordy puzzles. Laughing

We live in London and hope to be at the big Event in a few weeks and meet some of you.
