[ACWE][CHAT] Feb 11th Chat

It has come to our attention that the IRC name 'LAX' hasn't been registered... so take this chat for what its worth. The reason I bring this up is as the chat goes on, the chat goes from in-game to... Spice Girls and chocolate teacups.

I think its real, but no clues or locations... or really, anything, was revealed that helps us severely. This really doesn't fit the IG personally we have been accustomed to during the entire game, so take this with a grain of salt.

[19:54] <LAX> I am not quite sure what to make of any of this though.
[19:55] <LAX> Have you heard from Sarah lately?
[19:55] <Chewy> I haven't.
[19:56] <Chewy> Odd, because she's usually pretty on-time with her email replies.
[19:56] <LAX> She is not responding?
[19:56] <Chewy> She hasn't yet.
[19:56] <LAX> I haven't heard of her leaving the house at all either.
[19:57] <Chewy> Do you think something has already happened?
[19:57] <LAX> I have no reason to yet. But that's not to say that it's not in the back of my mind.
[19:57] <Chewy> We can only hope for the best--- for Sarah and Jason.
[19:58] <LAX> Yes. I feel that Jason's move to take the chemical home may have caused some ripples within the company that he works for.
[19:58] <Chewy> He took the chemical home?
[19:58] * Chewy feels out of the loop
[19:59] <Chewy> Was that the item in the mysterious box Sarah described in her blog?
[19:59] <LAX> From what I have seen, he was the one who was responsible for the "missing" chemical.
[19:59] <LAX> Some people are not so sure, but I tend to think more with logic.
[20:00] <LAX> I think Kain thinks so as well, but does not have the proof he needs to prove it.

[20:00] <Chewy> You know of Kain's contact with Sarah, correct?
[20:02] <LAX> sorry about that, had to check on something.
[20:02] <Chewy> And, by the way, Kain voiced his opinion on Jason's stealing-of-the-chemical before, but also stated that he won't be looking deeper into the matter. Sounds kinda fishy, especially since his message to Sarah seems quite deep indeed.

[20:03] <LAX> I have a feeling that Mr. Kain is trying to stear people towards not trusting me.
[20:03] <LAX> Why? I do not know.
[20:03] <LAX> But I intend to find out.
[20:04] <Chewy> I should hope so.
[20:04] <LAX> There are only a couple of days left before Mr. Young returns. Hopefully I will have a chance to talk to him when he lands.
[20:06] <LAX> Has anyone said anything about their contact, if any, with Mr. Kain or Sarah within the past couple of days?
[20:06] <Chewy> Not to my knowledge.
[20:07] <Chewy> But neither of them have responded to my poking and prodding.
[20:08] <Chewy> Don't you have some security looking out for Sarah's safety?
[20:08] <LAX> Well, I respond as soon as I get a chance. Sure, it may not be what you want to hear, but atleast you get something. Smile

[20:08] <LAX> If you hear anything from Sarah, will you let me know? I'd like to know that she is still talking to people.
[20:09] <LAX> It would definitely ease my mind about this whole thing.

[20:10] <LAX> I just hope that my timing is not going to be bad.

[20:13] <LAX> As long as I know that Sarah is okay and that Jason makes it home in good condition, I will be fine.

[20:16] <Chewy> Until then, we'll all be trying to figure out the rest of those postcards.
[20:16] <LAX> Just for "completions" sake, try and see if you can't get Sarah to give you some information on Jason. Who he knows, what his hobbies are, if she noticed any changes in his behavior over the past few weeks.
[20:16] <LAX> I want to see what she really knows about this guy.
[20:17] <LAX> He seems sort of quiet on the "disclosure" part of their relationship.
[20:17] <Chewy> No problem at all, it was something I've been meaning to do for quite some time.
[20:17] <LAX> Good. Then I'm glad I brought it up.
[20:18] <LAX> She should trust you and the others who have contacted me enough by now to forward that information.
[20:19] <LAX> It should probably not sound too proddy though. Maybe something like "So, tell me about Jason...".
[20:19] <LAX> More "interested" then "questioning", you know?
[20:19] <Chewy> I agree.
[20:20] <Chewy> She has been nothing but willful and trusting thusfar.
[20:21] <LAX> Which is good. She needs that in her life right now.
[20:22] <LAX> After hearing what she has about Jason, I'm pretty sure that finding people she can actually trust is high on her "to do" list.
[20:23] <LAX> Oh, and about the postcards/posters...
[20:23] <Chewy> I think she's beginning to want to resolve this whole issue as much as we are. It can't be good for someone to not only find a past lover, but be conflicted by the acts of Jason.
[20:24] <LAX> I am putting the posters on the posterlog.html page as they are found, not in the order that they belong.

It was a chocolate teapot.

A chocolate teacup is just well, stupid.

And he did sort of indirectly make a reference to Unfiction to hint that the two posters that had been found may well have been by 'another' group of players, that aren't using unfiction. Whatever that may mean.

Just for the record, I have heard from Sarah, last night in fact. She's a little down cause her Zoloft ran out, but I think she's okay. I can prod about Jason if you want. As another female we can 'discuss' our men as women do Wink
