[AotH] WTFish? Art of the Heist sites down?

So, apparently the StolenA3 from The Art of the Heist is down!

All I'm getting is the words "Audi Private" and an ask for a user name and password to log in. A-guh?

Oh, yeah. Last Resort Retrieval and Virgil King of Code are locked up too! Yet, the Audi Microsite is still up? (I'm thinking this is because it's a part of the main Audi main site.

But, i mean, what?

For all those (fairly) experienced ARGonauts out there, has any other ARG ever gotten this treatment? (as in, non Grassroots ARGs?).

I'm guessing that Audi just didn't want to have to keep paying for those sites, but i wish they were still up.... Crying or Very sad (maybe they didn't want to host my random ramblings on the site that i kept adding after it was over! Surprised Oh, no i killed Stolen A3! Wink )

Wait, could it be? Mayhaps they are being prepared for AotH 2! I mean, Scapegoat said "You'll see us again!"

Oooh, i just cant wait......

[EDIT] Wait, the Microsite says "To relive the search for the stolen A3, explore this site and visit stolena3.com!" Oh, i hope that the sites go back up, i used them to introduce friends to ARGs!

[Another EDIT] The main Audi A3 site still has a blurb about the stolen A3 being found

HaxanMike was in chat a couple of weeks ago and said that the AotH sites would likely be going down soon. Guess that was it. Sad

Guuuuhhaaaaghgshgahsahahahgggaah

If i had known that, i'd have made a copy of some of the things there!

I've been using them to introduce people to ARGs! Oh well.

Don't worry HaxanMike, i don't hate you! Laughing

Rowan might have some ideas as far as that... drop her a line. Smile

What? Me? Archive the sites for my own personal enjoyment? Pshaw!

Of course, I have been known to lie excessively.
