I'm kind of confused here... (not that that's anything new)

LAX is saying that because Jason is/is not missing he needs us to figure out the company name faster? But he can't give us the name because that could bring bad things upon his head, or he's just worried that we'll be angry because of all the time/effort expended to get this far? He wants to give us the answer but not directly, so he's going to give you the answer for you to post on the forums? or he's going to come up with a different puzzle for us to figure out the company name more directly than we have so far? or he doesn't actually know the name of the company, he just has bits of info and it needs to be figured out? He thinks Jason is perhaps not missing only off on some secret (non-romantic)rendezvous? Or Jason might be in trouble, he's not sure?

ok so what i gather from the conversation is that he is going to give us another puzzle to solve to more quickly give us the name of the company. we are supposed to decide as a group what information is important enough to us to have him put it in the poster hunt to replace the information of the company name. he thinks that we will be pissed at all the work we have done if if it for naught so he wants us to come up with something else worthwhile to gian from the poster puzzle. what i want to knwo is if it was really written to happen this way or if things are just spiraling out of control. but we shall see. so anyone have any ideas for what to ask for?

How freshness got this (I think):
Each line has a repeating pattern.
But there are some breaks of the pattern on some lines.
Some of the letters have been swapped. Freshness marked the areas between the swaps in his picture.

Sorry all...I had to attend to something fairly urgent.

Kender's got it right. Each red rectangle is a block of text that was shifted by one character compared to the iteration before. And it spells Irkshire.

Didn't really require a post, I guess, but I thought a little clarification would be alright.
