[ACWE] Background

After high school, Sarah Fisher went onto college in order to study to become a teacher. When she arrived Sarah was introduced to her room mate, Traci Junkin, a journalism major. Sarah and Traci soon became good friends and began hanging out together.

Unbeknownst to Sarah, Traci was going out with a man named Jason Young, a chemical engineer major. It was through Traci that Jason learned that a local company, Irkshire Chemicals, was getting some bad press about a possible "dark side" of the company. The news at the time involved a dangerous chemical that, when released in gaseous form, could kill hundreds, if not thousands, of people. This is when the plan that was to become a major part of the story was hatched.

The plan came in sections:

1) Get inside Irkshire Chemicals
2) Get into the "dark side" of the company
3) Find out everything you can about what the company is doing
4) Make contacts outside of the company (ie. possible buyers)
5) Frame the company for a crime
6) Sell the deadly chemical to the highest bidder

Getting into the company was easy, Jason simply applied for an internship at Irkshire and was accepted soon after his Freshman year. Entry into the "dark side" of the company came the following year as Jason showed the company his abilities to keep secrets and gained their trust.

Over time, Jason was able to complete sections 3 and 4 and the next step started to come into focus. Traci, knowing that Sarah had not had a date in quite some time, introduced her to Jason and the two hit it off right away. The crime, as the players were to be introduced to, was to kill Sarah and frame the Chemical company, as well as their "clean-up" crew (the security company), for her murder. This would get both companies out of way enough for Jason and Traci to move onto the final step.

What the two didn't plan on, was LAX, our "hero" with a personality as confusing as the story itself. But that part, and the relationship between LAX and Sarah, is something that you already know.
