Matt Jones designed the whipsmart card number 041
At the bottom of the card it reads : "Bring your completed wordsearch to Whip Smart for your free scoop of ice cream. Offer not open to employees of Whip Smart, their families, milkmaids or cows. Whip Smart, 16 Lorentz Curve, Mobius Strip, Perplex City."

Maybe the waterloo map is whipsmart on earth and thats where you take your completed card

?

Award newspaper article

The newspaper article in background of the award report in the history section is from the NY Times- NEIGHBORHOOD REPORT: BUSHWICK

In a Place With Few Parks, A Push to Claim a Corner
JULIAN E. BARNES. New York Times. New York, N.Y.: Oct 3, 1999. p. CY10 (1 page)

I'm going to try to attach a PDF.

incidentally, the building seen on the whipsmart clip does not appear - instead is a table of children per acre.

On the whipsmartice site, in the factory shop you get a choice of history or flavours. Follow History through to the Daily Moo-Ra, and the image is based on the paper article above.
