 		Today is my one year anniversary of joining the beekeepers Halo 2 Clan. I have known most of you for one year now(... wow time flyes Razz ) I remember when I did the quiz incit made me take a year ago I got 2 of teh 3 questions right ( dang hiphop hiphopanonomous ) Surprised

 		There's a simple project that a HIH guy has been working on for the checking if you're friends are online thing, It's called Xblist.
It works like a charm, it's memory non intensive C# program, sits in the tasktray and will pop up a tiny box any time someone logs on, sends you a friend request or party invite, and it also has their gamercard and what game they are in.

Interesting. I've been thinking of an extension like this for Gaim, which I use for all instant messaging when I'm at home. Too bad it's written in .NET. Even with the source, I'd have to do a major rewrite to get it working in Gaim. Alternatively, I could do maybe do an extension for FireFox, but that would likewise require a rewrite.
