Relevance of the "weird" and "paranormal"

I was thinking about how a few of the sites are dedicated to strange and mysterious events and it reminded me of 2 things.

1. There is an episode in the Animatrix about a "haunted house" where "strange" things happen.

2. The Oracle in Reloaded talking about how any wierd occurence in the Matrix is a program facing deletion and not doing what it should.

Sorry if this has been dissccused before, if so just tell me to shut up.

I believe the animatrix that had the haunted house also included a floating cat...until they 'fixed' it.

Actually, it has kinda been discussed, but trouting always seems a bit rude to me...

Anyway, the general concensus is that the paranormal anomalies are glitches in the Matrix.

Trouting isn't supposed to be insulting, but it is sometimes used that way.
