I've tried with Firefox and with Internet Explorer and it won't work for either.

Apparently, if the Agency HQ site isn't working, you can direct email: tlipanSPLATagencyhq.com
Though /contact_us/ worked fine for me my first try.

Got this e-mail this morning:

Subject: Warning- KemSynth
Hello,
Our mutual contact has advised me to contact you with this information.
I was formerly employed at the Iquitos location as head of security and saw a lot of things I shouldn't have seen. When I started asking questions they fired me.
My family got threatened by some new paramilitary start-up in Iquitos, so I got outta there pretty fast. I wouldn't wish the fear I experienced on anyone, even a stranger.
If you need more information on what's going on at KemSynth, check out this blog http://whistlebl0wer.blogspot.com/ - I think this guy is onto something.
Good luck.
Checked out the site, got some goodies and sent them off to hq.
Got this response back:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
From: tlipanSPLATagencyhq.com
To: curiouskat42SPLATyahoo.com
Subject: Email from IPCA headquarters
Date: Thu, 30 Mar 2006 15:11:27 +0100
Good work, the agency is looking into these shipments made by Botanicals immediately- these high security shipments indicate that KemSynth was working on something extremely dangerous and secret. We also believe that the attack in Alaska may be related to this top-secret project.someone knows what the project is and wants it in his own hands.
You've been granted security clearance from headquarters and your access code for confidential material will be xxxxxx.
Your assignment doesn't end here. We have suspicions that critical agency intelligence is being sold on the black market. If this is true, we have a mole within the agency. If our suspicions are confirmed you will be needed to uncover this threat.
Check in at the mission page periodically for details on this next mission.
*NOTE- You will need your access code to get fully briefed.
We expect great things from you here.
Teresa Lipan
Deputy Chief of Operations
IPCA
I wasn't sure if people wanted to see the e-mails I got so I spoiled them. I'm still kind of new to this arg stuff.

That's perfect, CuriousKat42 - always better to spoiler first and apologize later. In an open game like this it's a matter of taste, and of course the info soon becomes general knowledge, but better safe than sorry. And welcome! We'll see how this one plays out.

Thanks for the welcome! I pretty excited for this one because three args I've tried to get into imploded on me and also I get so far behind on the types of args where everything is so open. I can't devote as much time as I would like to args so puzzles and such get so advanced the next time I look at them.
I hope this arg as well as Regenesis II works out. It's nice to get steady arg fun.

Ummm... yeah, so where is the "Missions" page? I can't seem to find it. using agencyhq.com automatically redirects me to the contact_us page, so that's no good.
EDIT: nm... found it. http://www.us.playstation.com/Content/OGS/UCUS-98641/Site/agegate.aspx

I'm guessing you mean the second e-mail? I got right after I sent hq an e-mail. What kind of stuff did you give them?

No, I mean the first one you posted. I contacted hq yesterday and got the auto generated mail that had already been posted. Now I'm still waiting for that thing you got.

Hmm. I got the one from hq yesterday and then this morning I saw the first one I posted today.
So yesterday, you sent hq the info you got from the career survey or what exactly?

Yeah, I sent the names that were in the career survey to the hq thing, and I got that thing saying thanks for the help, yadda yadda yadda. But I still haven't gotten the second KemSynth one.

Do you mean the one from the "P_Robins" guy?
Also, the way that I believe the agencyhq_contactus thing works is that you need to send your messages through that page (the ones that you are supposed to). My theory is that the message that you get is an auto response that searches for the information that you have provided and then automatically responds given that information. So, if you leave something out, the response that you will get will be to get that information to them ASAP.
