Um. I almost hesitate to mention this...but I ordered mine from Lulu on the 17th of March, then got a "Shipped" confirmation last Tuesday (21st) and...it arrived this morning, and woo, is it ever shiny!

Gargargargargar! Okay. I've ordered one. Forget the complimentary copy.
I'll probably even order more copies soon to give to friends and family. So there.
That'll show 'em.

I can see how that would help
Oh well, they say good things come to those who wait.

I got an email from them, too! Apparently the address I gave them isn't working for their delivery service, so they asked for another. Very nice of them!

Just had an e-mail from Ellen:
The main points are:
Quote:
"We would like to apologetically inform you that not all author copies have been sent yet. Addresses that we received on or after March 15 may not yet have been ordered (we plan to arrange for those orders by the end of today.)
Finally, there are a number of authors we have received addresses from but who never sent us Creative Commons licenses, and so we are uncertain about their eligibility to receive author copies. Could you perhaps tell us whether these authors were legitimate contributors?"
I will chase up individuals to see if they can send Creative Commons agreements to Ellen ASAP...
The rest of the authors should be getting copies soonish (assuming you sent them your address!)

How does one send a creative commons agreement?
