Marcus“ new file This document fits with Beth“s mail, wherein she tells us (or those who got it - I entered the wrong address in the littleboxes mailing list) that she“s been chewed down by Marcus.
But what is Gorgon Network? A Google search brought up a page with some far-eastern soccer stuff, which looks legit and not part of the game (nothing about USH and nothing in the source code either).

Probably just a reference to Medusa. Oh, no, not another project grounded in a Greek myth!!

I think it's safe to say that Gorgon is an unrelated project to Labyrinth though... It sounds like they have a few projects running and decided on grecian myth references for names.
Where I work, we are currently using zodiac signs (creepy how this links back to reality) and in the past have used different names of international beers... So while we had some people working on "Project Stella", we also had some unfortunate souls working on "Project Bitter"...

Odd I find it incredibly odd that Marcus Ormond doesn't know how to spell his own name in that memo.

We saw ID numbers hidden in source code back before the site was launched, when people were told to contact Dave Regenhardt for their IDs...so we also have Walsh's and Dave's. Now we just need some passwords!

Preternatural - an odd word Preternatural - out of ordinary way of nature, abnormal, supernatural.
I thought it was an odd way to describe Katherine C and it sounds like she is Walsh's plant and is checking out who is allies are - sounds like Beth is in serious trouble if Katherine is on the case. Could Katherine be an Agent?
For those who might want some background on the Gorgon word this may help:
The Gorgons are three hideous sisters from Greek mythology. It is said that they live in the far west and are the offspring of sea-gods. Insead of hair, they have live snakes; their necks are covered with scales; they have tusks like a boar's, golden hands and bronze wings. It is said, that the Gorgon, Medusa, was once a beautiful maiden, but because of her boasting that she was even more beautful than Athena, the goddess of wisdom stripped her of all her beautiful qualities leaving her the hideous monster of infamy. Because of her appearance, Medusa has the power to turn anyone who gazes upon her to stone. Unlike her sisters though, Medusa is mortal, and is killed by Perseus with the aid of Athena and Hermes. Her sisters, the other gorgons, Stheno and Euryale, are immortal. The blood of the Gorgon had special powers. It was a lethal poison, but it also granted Erichthonius the power to reanimate the dead. From the blood of Medusa, it is said that the winged horse Pegasus was created. The decapitated head of Medusa was used by Perseus to kill the sea monster Cetus. He then gave the head to Athena who fixed it in the middle of her Ęgis, her shield (or breastplate).

Wasn't she killed by Hercules or Jason ? (not sure which one )
But I'm sure they used their shield as a mirror to see where she was and hacked her head off.
Maybe that info will come in use later when we know more about the gorgon network.
The gorgon network could also possibly mean that there is a head "main computer" and a lot of snakes coming off it "pathways via network etc".
And maybe mirror the main pc will be the way through.. when we get to that.. if we get to that.
Of course this is speculation. But If the network is that way inclined, we will know someway in.

Remember how very significant mirrors are to the Matrix.
That Medusa was killed by Perseus with a mirror (come on, haven't you seen "Clash of the Titans"? It's Mythology for Dummies, and a great but underated movie), should be some kind of clue. And no, I don't think this is grasping for straws.
