Trip over.. or redkore dead!?

I have not been involved in it so long to know if a trip ends with nothing at all working because that's how it seemes to be now. Or was this the final trip and Redkore will not begin a new one. I don't expect an anwser because I guess only the ones from the Redkore team can shed som light on this matter and cryptic as they always are, I don't think I'll get my anwser anyway.. O well it was fun while it lasted.. Alot of people have complained on Redkore but I think that they really showed that they had put alot of work down on this Arg if that is what it really was.. It almost feels like they put to much work on it. But as I understand it's not the first time their webside gone to no activity so is this an end of a trip and could we expect a new one to come?

I don't know what to make of this.

This morning you could still access the forum but you could not post anymore.

Now I check again, and there's nothing left on redkore except for the hallmark symbol.

Funny thing was, that when I was still able to access it, it said that I still had an unread private message, although I couldn't access it. I only got responses like "the private messaging on this board has been disabled".

Now what makes this curious is that I was goofing around last night. I saw redkore and neroub online on the redkore-forum. Well, I PMed both of them. To neroub I wrote:

"..are you the gatekeeper or the keyholder?"

I got no reply, but I wonder if the PM I couldn't access was related?

To redkore I PMed:

"Will you be still taking up orders for the TELEPORT package or is the deadline up?"

redkore answered:

"Funny, someone just asked me the same thing the other day. The packages are still in Boston, I'm having them sent to me in Cornwall, and then I can probably send them again."

My PM-reply:

"Cool. Could you post no the open forum when you have further details?"

That was it; no more replies, both had disappeared again. (BTW: I don't guarantee the post texts were exactly worded as above - I reconstructed this out of memory).

Well, I don't think the posts I jotted down here have any relation to the TELEPORT-page being minimized to practically nothing, but maybe someone else can come up with any ideas?

Were we too close, or too far from a solution?

Why is it your fault??

But Tanner you have been with them for awhile haven't you?? Does this happen when a trip is over? because when I looked at old topics on this forum it seemes that the Redkore page has been unactive before, after a trip, but it was mayby not like this or how was it?

The reply was from someone else, and then me, Tanner.

We had only philosophized on the term Madman. In other words, it isn't your fault. Wink

To me, this sudden dead end is a surprise.

There's this something that crossed my mind:

I remember someone (SlaveToSomething?) having written that the reductions were different stages of the TELEPORT-trips.

What if we haven't really gotten much further? Is it possible this was only a small step so far?

The other thing I thought of was, that this was supposedly a "mass-hallucinatory-trip", as redkore named it.

What if they just wipe out all "proof" of existence and go hiding in the past? Then this could be surely considered a "mass-hallucination", with a bunch of people on the internet (us) claiming this truly happened. People would deem us crazy if they managed to wipe out the tracks... all except for those... cards. Smile

I can't wait to read some better ideas on this subject.

another note (!)

On the last manifestation of redkore, I had opened a thread in the TELEPORT forum named "tongues".

Now, on DylanRiver, the thread has been transferred to the rectangle-forum.

Has something similar happened before in the last alterations of TELEPORT? And no matter if the answer is yes or no; is this a clue?

Go check it out.

Peace

I'm really confused.. but that's the idea I guess.. at least all wasn't deleted.. I didn't get it at first that the forums had moved to Dylan Rivers since I just had time to quickly check out Redkore page and didn't understand anything..

But will the forums be at Dylan rivers from now on?

According to Redkore_marc the Dylan river system is a supplier of technical reportage.

I'll have to stop looking at everything so logically, ok I'm sure is logical if you understand it all..

is that what popped out when Redkore shrunk down to nothing? or is it a temporary forum place, a place for Technical reportage?,
while a new trip recharges or the old one enters a new stage or whatever happens.. I'll guess will just have to monitor what will happen since the redkore page is bound to change the following days.

Apparently, this is here to stay. For now, at least. We're still at square... errr.. rectangle... at least not "1", right?

I can't really find out anything closer on "Dylan River".

The idea someone had on "DRS.com" and the likes is definitely off-tracks. Marc even demented it on the forum.

Naizel, we must find a way to keep in contact off of unforum and any forum in general. I'm beginning to get a bit paranoid, to say the least. I wouldn't quite consider myself an ARGamer by any means and "this rabbit hole is going deeper than I like".

Flux

Well, I think we all can conclude that everything concerning TELEPORT has been in constant flux since it all began, even though it actually seems to move faster now than in the beginning. I keep wondering what's driving this flux forward.

Is this the "objective alternate dimension"? Is the whole Red Kore thing some kind of social experiment? What is "technical reportage"?
