Card Ratios for Wave 1/2/3 Packs

Helps me curse the stupid mixing boxes idea.

Stand by for a long post about the relative volumes of each wave available, and a bitter rant at what I have already deemed to be the Relativity Rarity Index whch I suspect will make wave 3 purples about as rare as wave 1 silvers.

Before you start your rant Jakeo I just wanted to say that I also received a mixed box today and it had all 7 of the Red/Orange/Yellow/Green/Blue and Purple in it (plus a couple of duplicates). Only 2 Black though and no Silver from Wave 3.

The bad news is that only 51/216 cards were Wave 3 (that's 23.6 percent) and there were at least 7 packs that were wholly Wave 1 and 2 so I think from now on buying individual mixed packs could prove to be rather disappointing.

Idon't have my full stats but from 15 packs I got exactly 33% Wave 3, and of those two new silvers, so I'm pretty happy!

Full stats:
2 packs had no Wave 3, none had all.
30 Wave 3 cards out of the 15 packs though, and % split runs
17% Red
17% Orange
16% Yellow
18% Green - so fairly even for Red to Green
12% Blue
13% Purple - evens for Blue & Purple
6% Black
2% Silver

I also noticed there were very few dupes across the packs, so seemed a much better spread of W1 & W2 too, but of course this could be coincidence

For somehow not only did i manage to get more wave 3 cards in there than the rest (mostly all lower cards though) but i got about 14 black & 7 silvers in the box, two packs of which had 1 black & 1 silver in each

but only two of the silvers were wave 3.
