 		I have this card and if you look at the top left hand corner of the frame around the dinosour silhouettes it is printed differently to the rest of the frame. i have tried heating it and putting it under UV light but nother shows up. is there anything else it could be?

 		I think it'll just be a printing error, it looks that way, like it wasn't quite aligned before sending it to print.

You never know with Perplex City though.
