Listen, eating doughnuts is not all we do around here!

Dude, don't hate on the Timmy's! I happen to come from the Tdot myself and I'm as proudly Canadian as Peter Mansbridge. I've enjoyed plenty of Mr. Horton's fine doughnuts in my lifetime Razz But I don't curl...

Hopefully you're not as bald as Peter Mansbridge.

Mmm, Timmy's... when I moved to St. John's they immediately replaced my Starbucks cravings with that oh-so-lovely double-double and a cinnamon-raisin bagel (buttered) every morning.

Nice to see ever more Canadians on (especially after that piece on The Hour.. I'm sure you all saw it).

[OT] Introducing.. me

Hey everyone.. just thought i'd say hi
I'm Pepe, from Argentina.. just heard about PXC a couple days ago, and already solvedall the free virtual cards I could find...
so, given the nearest reatailer selling PXC cards is about a zillion kms away, and that I'm yet to find me a charitative, credit card-posessing person willing to help me get my PXC goods through the net, I thought I could start by saying hi over here.. hoping that I could pick up on some lead you guys are following, or that someone would help me find somewhere to start apart from the cards (wich I don't have).
just that.. I *am* reading the story so far, listened to th podcast and plan on reading the blogs sometime, but just thought in the meantime there might be something to do, or some cool people to meet.

See you guys around
*jcane86 bows gallantly

Still, I'll have to re-ask.... where's all the perplex buzz going on right now?... I'd really like to join in on some puzzle solving....
you know, I've been reding the logs on your progress so far, and past puzzles and solves seem so fun I'd really like to get the a shot at a new, unsolved one...

*hoping I'll get a good lead

Seriously, hang around here for a few days, or even come and see the lovely people in the #syzygy IRC channel (populated 24 hours a day by the most splendid lads and lasses you'll ever meet). You'll get up to speed in no time, I assure you.

In the meantime, drop me a PM with your address, I'll send over a few cards as a "welcome to the team" gift!

Thought I'd add my bit as well and say howdy to everyone. I just got into this a few weeks ago but already have a quite a few cards to keep me out of mischief. I'm not the best at the harder ones and especially not the ones where technical/computer knowledge is concerned, but with lots of Googling and help from you all here, I'm struggling on!
