Attached is the note Marcus scribbled this morning. I hope it helps.
You may get two because I got impatient waiting for the earlier one to show up in my control account.

Too short and wrong terminology completely.

Or, as I joked in chat last night "Ate One For One"

Is there anything in the Bible perhaps at the following pages:
page 8 - line 141 (not probable)
page 8 - word 141
page 81 - line 41
and so forth?

You would have to know which exact book they are using for the pages, depending on the version and the publisher the pages may not all be the same length, may have annotations, and Spooky and I did a search on versions of the bible in use... many nver thought it would be that difficult, but it seems like there are multiple translations of it.
We narrowed it down to the King James Version... see our results in the acheron puzzle section.

I doesn't like like 8141 to me. The two one's are just too different. The first is short and wavy while the second is longer and straight. It almost looks like 814! or something like that. Take a pen out and write 8141 a few times and you'll notice how your one's are amost always the same. Same angle, same curl(if there is one). I don't know, something just doesn't look right.

Hey all, I'm back from my long hiadous. Started looking through what we have here and I came to some ideas. Bible is def a way to go with the cross sections I think, I'm gonna look at the verses in my Bible tonight and see what they correspond to, but I think I already have a very good idea. I think they define who are what color pieces. Next, the hand written note, anyone else see something funny? There is a second type of writing instrument used on the page, on the last "1" there is a blue ink dot near the top of it. Either a pen blead from caretakers pocket or Marcus added something more.

Saw that, but I think Caretaker saw him write the note... However two things I can think of -
1. It bled through the page sitting on top of it before Marcus used it (i.e. it would not have stained the paper where the crayon mark was if it came after- it would have floated in the wax) which leads me to ...
2. Run the picture through afew colored filters, someone wrote ont eh same pad and pressed real hard. the numbers from Marcus are not important, the latent "engraved" rubbing is.... Marcus wanted us to have that piece of paper

That dot on the top of the second I is the mark that some paper was below this note when the line was drawn. There was the edge of the paper below. Or it might have been a crack on the table, etc which produced an un-even surface at that place.

Interesting thought. I relooked at the actual crayon strokes done to complete the message. Pretty clear to me that he did a deliberate 8, and the 4 is pretty clear. So I'm sticking with the "8141" theory.
Has anyone tried 8141 as a file extension or html page out of NRU (ala the purge files)??????

I believe so. Ditto the numbers of the crossword clues.
