Listen I can see it every time I look at it. It's barely there. It practically blends in. But once you see it, you can see little patches of green. There's no way I can "help you out", joebrent.

We're honestly not getting anywhere here, I'm just trying new things. Some people say they see faces in the clouds. A lot of my theories have been shot down to the point where people have given up on trying to get my theories. All I can say is that I do see subtle green patches in the sky, even at first glance now whenever I open the page. At leas try.

perhaps someone could try and filter it in photoshop to highlight the green.
also wasnt there another thread mentioning the lack of sky in the creepy vortex picture? maybe we could try layering the two images together, y never know.

It seems somewhat odd that one would catch the corner of a tree when trying to take a picture of the sky if they werent trying to do so?

Maybe the branches are somewhat symbolistic of something?

maybe with time the picture will be morphing into something else?

Here's a theory... and it's just a theory...

We know know that ceasar is our .jpg hacker. We also know he owns paintover, or at the very least, he keeps updating it (at horrible times too, might I add). And now we have a website who's name means (lit.) "the painted"...

Now, we also know how all of my past guesses at plot have turned out, but I like the logicality of this. Maybe I'm thinking too much like a machine.

Now, it doesn't solve whether or not there's anything in the clouds... I'd say no, because that just doesn't match up with the complexity we've seen in other puzzles. Also, because 50% of our population can't see it.

The big question in my mind is: There is stuff all on that website, apart from the USH logo and our cloud picture. No links. Nada. But somehow, our erstwhile (and some would argue bubble-brained) heroine knows about this .mpg file sitting there. Whats' with that?

although i am no die-hard argamer, I have been sucked into the metacortechs world; extremely entertaining. Sorry, but yes. Entertainment.
An alternate reality GAME, no? I know that I have looked too long at thenekodas pic though, when I go outside for a smoke and begin to look for clues in my own sky.
You may not care to read my post for I am a newb, BUT clues can come from the clueless.
I believe that there is some kind of writing outside of the sky pic in the black, I highlighted and something is there.
Also, beth's reference to the nekodas is older than our finding of the site, and I believe the answer will be found referencing paintover and what we know of nekodas from her.
maybe a hidden link or url like what happened with stairs/stairs/stairs?

Another anagram of "the nekodas." = "K. the sad one".

Especially interesting considering the lyrics of the 2 songs so far. Probably just a coincidence though.
