Anybody called them yet? It's an American number, the area code is for Washington.
Or the e-mail? I would, but I have no idea what to say.

Uhm... if I remember the adverts, don't they just show the tail end crashing?
What happened to the tail end anyway? Did it burn up, crash into the ocean, or what? I remember the religious lady who's husband was in the toilet during the crash said something about the tail end not turning up yet, but was the audience given an insight into it?
Obes.

I emailed the contact from the press release, pretending to be a journalist looking for more information from their office of public information...let's see where this goes.
Also, the file properties were not fully wiped clean on the Word Doc, prolly a dead end, but the last person who save the doc was Nicky Cameron, who worked on the second revision of this document for 14 minutes. Now, had those numbers been 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 43, then I would think this meant something.

A few people at the fuselage did, and it rang Hugh's voicemail. No one left a message. I am going to call as soon as I get out of work at 5, and I will leave a message.

We also rang the number up in #uf:
Quote:
[15:31] <RungeKutta> "This is Hugh McIntyre the media contact with the Hanser Foundation. I'm not able to take your call so please leave your name, number, and message and I'll return it as soon as possible."
[15:31] <RungeKutta> it's probably "Hanso Foundation" but it sounded like he said "Hanser Foundation"
If no one else beats me to it, I'll try to get a recording of it tonight so everyone who can't call can hear it.

[NEW] Hanso Foundation Newsletter Try and sign up for it. You get:
Can you read this?
Enter "Yes"
You get:
Okay, It's me, Persephone,
What's the password?
I tried both "hades" and "demeter"
Both times I got:
Call the call center in the TV ad section
Interesting...

[NEW] RSS Feed I would recommend that everyone subscribe to the RSS feed on the Hanso site. Good way to stay updated on changes.

I don't think the password matters.. unless it opens something with the right one.
I don't see a call center section under the Television Ad section..

[META] Hugh McIntyre Also note that Hugh McIntyre is on the web site as Communications Director. He's definitely in game!

I tried leaving Joop a message, but it said the connection "timed out".
Some interesting stuff here too.
Notice when it's asking for a password, the picture on the right starts getting all these lines drawn on it. Don't know if it means anything, but interesting nonetheless.
Edit: Called the number too. I definitely heard "Hanso". I posed as an interested researcher and left my number and email address. We'll see if anything comes of this.
