Devjoe,
Can you post your correctly coloured tiles for 1 & 9.
I've compared Jayjay's trace with yours and I can't spot the difference.

Thanks!

Vain and shallow that I am I would rather wait for the next report in the Sentinel. As soon as that comes out, there'll be nuggets a-plenty.

Well done doublecrooss!! My hat goes off to you. I'm still struggling along with the Piet program, having a look at devjoe's list.

I'm sorry, but your anti "cut-and-paste-Keers" sentiments are NOT welcome here! Razz Nice job on the solve.

Aw, let the guy have his glory until Monday or so.

If double was able to work it out on his own from what the group had, then, obviously, we can't be that far off, and we've obviously been heading in the right direction this whole time.

Let's fine tune and wrap it up!

Just so you know, .X_x., or whatever you've decided to change your trolling little nick to, I haven't Copy-Pasted any solves this wave. And, unless you're going to add something to any discussion, rather than a "witty" aside, or ask other people to do things for you, then I really don't see why you're here. Once again, this is a matter I would like to take up with you in PM, but that's impossible as you refuse to log in out of fear of being swamped with PMs. You're a pathetic troll, contribute something of worth, or leave, but don't just sit around muttering bitterly. It's not our fault that you are some sort of sociopath with all sorts of personality problems, so don't inflict it on us.

I just installed cygwin and dragged the dll file from it (the one that npiet asks for) into npiet's directory. Npiet then runs from the command line on its own.

To run npiet.exe in windows: -

Download win32 version.
Create or download image files.
Open command prompt - in xp go to start, run, type "cmd" click ok.
Navigate to folder where you have put npiet and image files.
type "npiet" <CR> - this will display program options.
type "npiet -t <imagename> -tpic" <CR>

The program should execute the image instructions, loads of info scrolls down the screen, and it produces an image file in the folder you run it in.

Good Luck
Smile

ha ha... Clearly somone is using one of my many names to annoy you. ...

At this point im here to troll, im not gonna deny it. I tried to be part of this and people just shit on me. ... Whatever. Ill let the other trolls use my names however they want. Honestly I might have used a real account if Keers wasnt around. I did use an account for other games, but the Perplex crowd is kinda snobbish in general. There are plenty of other good folks playing, but people like Keers, and Ducky who dont wanna hear ideas they want followers. Either you follow their crowd and do what they do or you arent a cool kid.

I learned very early in life that this kind of bullshit is bullying. And it wont motivate me to change. In fact its more likely to cause me to just hate you.

Keers wants to PM me eh? Why? ... what would you possibly have to say to me that really merits me taking the time to PM you my account?

Unless its game related, an idea, something youd like to work with me on to solve, something real and worth a read, then why would I take my time? I already dont like you. ... Most likely you dont like me either. What would we talk about? how much we hate each other?

Sounds like a poor conversation to me. But to each his or her own i guess.

I mean i really dont need to read a page long post about why im wrong,
the detailed reasons why im wrong and that i shouldnt club baby seals either. ...

Id love to talk about math, or some spatial puzzles. Although i dont think i
could even trust you enough to give it out though. More likely just hate too much, and would spread it around to make trouble for me.

how bout this. ill make a spare account and give you that. You can say what you will there. And you cant turn around and make trouble. that suitable for you?

See my picture at http://devjoe.googlepages.com/card234.
The trace is accurate except that the "push" numbers on the long yellow segments vertically in the middle of the card are 1 too large (because it is a contracted version of Austin's trace, which did not do the overlapping.

The difference between mine and Jayjay's is in the horizontal blue segments. Jayjay has dark blue where Austin and I used medium blue, swapping several pushes and pops around and ultimately messing up one of the turns.
