Well, since Violet updated first telling us that Miranda just ran out, I'm guessing Miranda somehow found out that someone was hacking the Cognivia database looking for info. I'm guessing that Miranda has more connections than we were previously aware of...

I'd check out Oistin Meade as a potential connection.

Not yet, which is strange cause the lag was only like 45 minutes last time.

knowing now about miranda's evil side, I present to you something which will need to have some re-investigating another day, when things have calmed just a tad:
Violet wrote:
Miranda really is a very sweet person, and she understood quickly how much I'd like to finish reading that last page. She hardly needed convincing at all, honestly. She didn't have access, either, but she spoke to my dad, and made a good case about needing to retrieve items in the office important to the continued smooth running of the library. (He'd never buy it from me, he knows me too well.) At any rate, he agreed and got the security people to put the right authority onto her key.

Not like today, but I think violet should ask her dad if Miranda *actually* talked to Sente at all!
-- another day, monday maybe?, after we have a sense of fFacts on the matter and can tell violet why we are even asking. I'd lay good money on the last page being fFake. I know I know, there was such speculation when the page came up boring the fFirst time. I've been pretty middle-of-the-road on the whole miranda-and-jason-are-evil thing. But now we have proof --- yeah. That page Miranda gave Violet gave us was totally absolutely bunk.

I have! At least, I got the second one ("I found Mirandas key...") It was some time between 9am and 11am Pacific time. Strangely, the timestamp on the SMS says "5/4/06, 4:33pm," so I guess the time is either GMT or London (which is one hour off of GMT, yes?)

BriEnigma, I think you said this somewhere else, but what format is your phone number in? Did you include the + and all that? Or use your phone to call anything PXC related?
I haven't gotten anything phone related so far, not sure what the problem is...

Yeah, it's BST at the moment (British Summer Time), which is an hour later than GMT: http://wwp.britishsummertime.co.uk/

I haven't gotten anything, either. I just updated my number in my account to the exact specifications they've got: +1(area code)(phone #) w/o any spaces/dashes (or parentheses, obviously). So assuming Kurt's not dead yet...

Just to confirm for the people in the states, I got the first text from Kurt, and (this is not a joke) instantly went running round the house yelling, "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
We all know the coolest thing that could happen to me was for Kurt to send a text message that it's over with his girlfriend.
Now, those of you who are banking on Dead!Kurt by this evening... hush up! He'll pull through just fine and be welcomed back into Violet's arms by morning!!!
