Well, the code above translate to the following in ASCII (that's including the spaces, which are the 32s):
Code:
jbo ubs rsnf fv fveG 1 lnZ tub.SEG gn ov tbI

I've solved it
Rotate 13 it , you get: wob hof efas si sirT 1 yaM gho.FRT ta bi goV
reverse and you get: Vog ib at TRF.ohg May 1 Tris is safe foh bow
Swap the b and n , V with L and the h with r :

Considering it's already long past May 1st, what in the world does THAT mean?
(coincidentally, happy Cinco De Mayo!)
EDIT: the e-mail bounced back. No persephoneSPLAT hansofoundation.org.

Changing the system clock changes the site's clock...maybe we should change it to May 1st?

Changed my clock and logged in again... didn't do anything different for me.
On another note: Has anyone e-mailed Hugh? I'm a bit scared to, as I don't know what to write

is THF.org referencing the main hanso site, or is it THF.ORG which is the Dreyfus Health Foundation?

Nothing here either, and I'm actually wondering where she means us to log in. At the bottom of the page, where it says Login? At the Board of Directors page? Hmmm.

The latter seems to be legit, so I'd assume the main hanso site.

TheLostExperience.com is saying that THF.org IS in-game. I don't know, there doesn't look like anything's different with the source. Somebody wanna do a whois?
