We're only checking the 268.
So, half that.

And 25 names means only reading them and looking for Miranda or Helen.
If we get enough, it can go pretty quick.

You're prepared to do this while Dr Who is on?

I've had look at the 268 marathon pages - is there an easy way to skip to say page 300 - I can only skip to 1 or 600? Don't want to flick through 300 pages just to get to my start point? Sad

If you change the start number at the end of the address you can jump through the pages a bit quicker...

http://www.polygonparkmarathon.com/resultpages.php?race=&year=268&start=300

just add 25 for each page you want to jump

Smile

And, yes.

The main addresses go by 25's, and I can use muliplication to jump to any page I want.

Fair point, have I nothing better to do on a Saturday night than trawl through lists of fictional people? Sadly no, though the bathroom does need regrouting. Embarassed

I got the impression from Kurts blog that she just ran twice.. not necessarily which years?

also, surely it doesn't matter whether we all start at the exact same time? as long as everyone checks carefully and posts when they have completed their pages we should be ok i reckon

No, but getting everyone on the same page always helps, and doing it now means nobody can say they'll do it later, then never do it.

perhaps you could assign just some of the pages right now, and the rest of them later, so you can still squeeze in some new people?
