HINT IS NOW SIGNUP RACHEL (Lost experience clues said they decompiled the flash and found the word 'rachel' somewhere in there)
I don't think that's actually the solution, but 'rachel' might be a good word to search for

I think the way to get the message could well be the last part: "8, not 1 and 6."
I'm sure that's just a PM telling us which of the 3 solutions to the last message was the correct one, mind you, for that they should have said "8, not 1 OR 6."

I agree. Any riddle story, you need to learn what a clue is for and then once you've got that, to stop obsessing on it. There's a famous one I won't spoil with sawdust. The sawdust is there only to tell you a circus is involved. You'd be amazed the amount of time and energy people waste concocting scenarios about the sawdust after they've already got the circus part.
Forums were coming to blows over the May 1 or 6 thing, now we have something that says quite transparently "not 1 or 6" ...I'll be the first to eat crow later if I'm wrong, but for now I'm going to take it at face value.

If it's an anagram, then here's an incredably long list of anagrams that include the word 'Hanso'.
As you can see... It's not easy to find one that makes any sense.
Edit: Also, I agree with these guys above me.

Pardon my newb-ness.. when trying to decypher an anagram would one keep the intended amount of words ie: we have seven different words, is it supposed to stay as seven different words, with the characters re-aranged or can one assume that just for astetics?

I think it is highly likely this where we get the login/password for the board of directors page on the hanso foundation website.

It's fairly unlikely that the number of words as well as the word lengths will stay the same. In this case, I think it's safe to assume that it's for astetics.

anagram spec Hmm...LOGIN and PASS both make sense...
Anagram Server gives four 2-word combos for remaining letters:
WINCHER UNHIT
UNHITCH ERWIN
UNHITCH WINER
URCHIN WHITEN
Maybe one of those is a password/login combo to use tomorrow?

So basically, the possible solutions (IF it is a Login/Pass thing) are:
LOGIN WINCHER PASS UNHIT
LOGIN UNHIT PASS WINCHER
LOGIN UNHITCH PASS ERWIN
LOGIN ERWIN PASS UNHITCH
LOGIN UNHITCH PASS WINER
LOGIN WINER PASS UNHITCH
LOGIN URCHIN PASS WHITEN
LOGIN WHITEN PASS URCHIN

Well, none of those work on the board of directors page.
Perhaps i'm being impatient. I don't think we have enough clues yet.

I agree that the "8, not 1 and 6." part seems pretty obvious, but the question becomes... how were we supposed to get "8" from the previous cypher? What is the key that gives us "8," and does the use of that key have any other implications?

This was aquired by decompiling the flash site - read only if you don't consider this cheating:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The login on the board of directors page is inactive, as is the login on the bottom of the page. The only code in the flash file for these input fields is to display the error message - there's no validation done whatsoever. So i think IF it is a login / password, we haven't found the place to login yet.

This will probably be changed at some point though... But I don't think it'll happening today. I don't think anything else will happen today.
...Is it tomorrow yet?

I haven't been around since bees so I don't really know how things are done, but does this community consider flash decomp brute force? If so, could we keep some of this stuff in spoilers? I think that knowing that nothing is going to work right now takes some fun out of the game. Thanks!
edit - spoilered the previously spoilered spoiler... yeah. - Celina/Mod
