[PPM SITE] Results for Year 266 of Main Marathon Done! Hey,
All pages for the main marathon of year 266 have now been checked and still no sign of Miranda or Helen... Interesting to note however that while checking through I have only seen one entry for a 'Helen' - don't know if it will be any use but here is the link:
Helen Franklin: http://www.polygonparkmarathon.com/runnerinfo.php?year=266&race=&start=13225&uid=s6hnlg6zathkxbd11zqocmck8va6amuy919h1l9d
I'm starting to think that maybe MC are leading us on a goose chase here!
P.S. Neighbours fans may be interested in this!

Additional Note: Found these entries for runners with single names - again not sure if they are significant or not but here are the links:

The fact of the matter is, we do not know if we are looking for the name Helen OR Miranda. It's likely she has multiple aliases. The only fact we have to go on, is that she ran the marathon twice. So therefore, we need to search for names that appear twice.

Hey Jojojojo.
It's true, she probably does have multiple aliases, but as the cube was stolen a while back surely there is a chance she used her real name in the marathon if it was years ago?
Besides, I can't think of any reason that someone would need to use an alias when running a marathon..
I still think it's worth checking through the data though, as there must be something in there of use to us or we wouldn't have found the site!
Part of me still thinks that this years results will appear at some point soon and make me (and everyone else that's spent time on this) feel like a complete muppet!

perhaps this is an incorrect assumption, but wasn't she also running the marathon with Kurt this last time around? Wouldn't she be forced into using the name Kurt knew at the time in order to maintain her cover?

Good thinking, but alas, no, she hadn't met Kurt yet. The two only met in the past several months.

I shouldn't think so. They only got together a little while ago and I think this is his first marathon? (Kurt fans correct me if I'm wrong)...
Besides, who's to say that 'Miranda' or 'Helen' is her real name?
I think what Jojojojo is getting at is that although all this looking is no doubt a good thing, we've not actually got a clue what we're looking *for* yet.

Kurt + Miranda running marathon Hey again,
I just checked the Wiki and it says that Miranda and Kurt entered the polygon park marathon in April of this year (269), so hopefully like i said before the results should appear on the site anytime soon..

I can see what jojojojo and duckiemonster are getting at with regards not knowing what we are looking for but that hasn't stopped anyone investigating before! I guess we'll see soon enough if any of the other approaches people are trying find anything...
[EDIT] Ignore me for I am clearly a complete idiot.. Just looked at the old sentinel piece from april where one of the organisers said the marathon was due to take place on the 6th May... I somehow doubt Miranda was running the marathon this year. Sorry!

Do we know how much information you have to give when registering? - as Kurt and Miranda most probably signed up to run together - then he may have seen her fill out the form/ or could most prob get it for us - then he could let us now her statistics - even if he can just tell us which charity she supports - it would narrow it down
what does everyone else think?
does this make sense?

Just because she didnt run this year, doesnt mean that she didn register.
If she's run for the past two years, she probably know how this thing works, so I expect that she would register in advance.

I had started on 266 as well on Saturday - I only found Helen Trujillo , who supports the Architecture Society and has a special dispensation for Oxxypro.
Other one-name-only runners from that year were Ellis and Wiley, though I don't have their numbers on me currently...
