Is the blue part of the map supposed to represent water or is it some sort of clue?

surley it's water, as we know there are docks, as that's where violet was
EDIT: also from the main map, you can see the town borders the river mazy

I would have thought that Kurt would have had a 'Stun' setting on his Key.
Missed a trick there.

OK, folks, thanks for the justifications. It all makes perfect sense after all!

Just a thought...
If Miranda's doing all that running about, isn't it more likely that her asthma will act up on her? Thus potentially killing her off...or, preferably, slowing her down.
Maybe if we keep her panicking and running just long enough that she has to stop...?
(Also, the hotspots on that map aren't supposed to do anything right now, are they? Or is my Flash broken?)

So Kurt and Violet just run her to death??? Excellent!

Re: Drowsington Map...
Well .. *cough* .. not to be critical, but uhm, well .. I made a uhm .. slightly more seamless version.

that page has a mangeable sized map, and LINKS to a larger version.

As Oistin would have said:

Your responses to the map suggest that you have antisocial tendencies if not a criminal record. If the authorities are not currently informed of your whereabouts call your local station immediately and give them your address.

You're right Scott, that is indeed a splendid and seamless map - congrats!
I was struggling with that slidy one a bit and I look forward to using this one in the future so I can see where I am when we are chasing Miranda again.
BTW, you're not Miranda are you, red hair and all?

I think it's a good idea. ._.
Or, y'know, just until she has to stop and breathe a little while. And then they knock her over and interrogate her.

My money is on Miranda going to the next village along, given that it's on Kurt's map.
Ha!
Still clinging onto the inconsistency of the anticipatory nature of Kurt's map
